STARFLEET - The International Star Trek Association, Inc.
STARFLEET is the world's oldest and largest fan-run Star Trek organization. Founded by a dedicated group of Texas Star Trek fans in 1974, STARFLEET today spans the globe with more than 4,000 members and over 250 chapters. STARFLEET is a registered not-for-profit corporation involved not only in Star Trek fandom, but also in applying fandom's energy toward community service, education, and space exploration and research.

North Carolina Rottweiler Rescue
This rescue, founded by Diane Scaripanti, takes in Rottweilers who would otherwise end up in kill-shelters. The dogs are brought up to date on their shots, SPAYED or NEUTERED, as well as being placed on flea and heart-worm preventatives. THis rescue is NOT funded by government, and is always in need of donations of food, monies, or your time. |
